Dispatches – The truth about low fat food

In this Dispatches, Anthony Barnett gives us the truth about ‘low fat’ & ‘reduced fat’ food. In short,it seems that low fat produce is very high in sugar content whilst ‘reduced fat’ simply means that the product has at least 30 percent less fat than the original product. Some products however are well short of the fat and sugar content printed on their labels. This was an ITN production, directed by Alison Ramsay
