This short viral advert for the British Red Cross tries to help combat views and prejudices against refugees during the ongoing global crisis. The quotes and wording was taken from social media, internet sites and even news sources. These were tracked into the oppressive space surrounding the individuals, concentrating on the people who suffer such bigotry. Here’s the link to the advert on Youtube.

An Oxford Film & Television production for BBC 2. Simon Schama explores the history of British portraiture, revealing the stories behind the most compelling images in British art. The series is also accompanied by complementary exhibition in the National Portrait Gallery in London. Our title sequence emphasis the paintwork, the photographic moment and the power of the human gaze. Each programme focuses on the themes of Power, Love, Fame, Self and People. St John Ambulance is the nation’s leading first aid charity. The scope of their work is broad, but it’s all centred on saving lives through the direct provision of first aid through educational visits and training programmes. We have created a short film which demonstrate the wide reach and impact of their work to a variety of different audiences in the last year. The concept was to follow the journey of ‘a spark of life’ and imagine why it is so important to preserve that spark via some simple first aid lessons. The Last days of…

History is peppered with men and women who changed the world, only to become more controversial in death than they were in life. ʻThe Last Days of…ʼ examines six giants of history who suffered bloody and brutal deaths, retelling their stories, which are packed with unexpected twists and turns. TDD designed the titlecards for each episode compositing footage from the drama with textures, ink-splashes and colour, emphasising the dramatic events of their death. The Queen’s Big Night Out

The story of the night when the future Queen Elizabeth II slipped out of Buckingham Palace with Princess Margaret to party in secret on the streets of London. Medioto provided pop-up maps showing the route the Princesses followed through Central London celebrating VE day. We also composited some of the archive material to emphasis the documented Conga-line which the royal party joined through the Ritz on Piccadily. Directed by Mike Wadding for Blast!
